This is my second attempt at an audiogame. This one is very simple, and probably too easy to be all that much fun, but is hopefully quite a lot more playable than my last attempt. It'd be helpful to know how easy people find to play it. I'm planning to use this as a component of something larger and more complex if it works out.

There are keyboard controls, but I don't know that I explained them all that well on the site/readme - it's really designed for an xbox 360 controller (though I think any controller with an analogue stick and a button should work...)

Hi! I have a good idea. This game or program can be used, as a maps to Alter Aeon.

Hey, yeah as you can guess from the name it's meant to be the audio analogue to a map. I'm interested in finding out how well it works for people. For me I can generally build a picture of my head of the layout, and I'm not sure if people are generally better or worse than me at doing it; it's easier for me also because I know the level generation algorithm behind it.

Hi.
Sounds cool so far, and I'll try it when I have time to do so. But the information I have read here on the forum have only told me that you can walk around on a map. Not something which makes me excited to check it out as soon as possible. More descriptions might be welcome to get people excited. smile

Best regards SLJ.
Feel free to contact me privately if you have something in mind. If you do so, then please send me a mail instead of using the private message on the forum, since I don't check those very often.

There's not a lot more to it than that, unfortunately - it's just a very minimal proof of concept of an interface that I'd like feedback on. I intend to make something more complex, but I'm new to audiogames and I don't really have the skills to make any nice sounds (though I know a person on twitter who might be interested in helping me). I really appreciate any time and feedback people are willing to give smile
