Hi,
Hear is the driver for NVDA 2011.1

Copy files to the start menu\programs\NVDA sub menu\explore user configiration settings\ synth drivers folder. Note: Close NVDA while doing this. If you not see eloquence in the synthisizers list, Shutdown NVDA and delete NVDA.ini file from explore user configiration settings folder. And restart NVDA.
