What do you mean?  Agree with what?  People don't like your site, so

freaking what?  If it is as great as you say it is then you shouldn't feel

so insecure as to make a similar reply in the topic where some of this went

on and create a new topic based soly on that - many including me would

consider that childish.  Just get over it and if your game is as great as

you say it is we will all shut up and be happy.

read this whole post before flaming me, Mike this includes you. I'm not

ranting, I'll be balanced.

The reason people are so harsh with MMV or

QAG is the recent track record for accessible game development. Look at the

audio games list on this very site, and how many are in developmental limbo?

I'm not saying this will be you Mike, but people can't tell the difference

between people who won't finish and people who will just from a few posts

and a web site.

Here's my suggestion: Everyone ease up on Mike for

starters, the responses have been far too intense. Mike, please don't be

discouraged but be sensitive to the current climate by restricting your

announcements a little, for the sake of everyone else's feelings if nothing

else, please?

As for criticising your sig I have reasons. As a player the

sig would be fine, but as a developer it suggests you think you are above

the rest. I'm sure this isn't true, which is why I pointed this out. I'm

sure noone would object to Josh De LionCourt using that sig, but he's

earned it. If you took offence I apologise, that was never my intent.

All

in all, just calm down everyone. Have a cold drink and back off, Mike carry

on with all the enthusiasm you can muster you'll need it even without

people flaming you. Everyone else, give him the benefit of the doubt for now

and be a little more civilised with your suggestions about the best practice

for game developers.
