yes it has some accessibility features such as vibrational affects called rumble affects dearing game play witch is used to let you no what is going on  as well as large icons, I would recommend maddon 19 though as it has some audio description in the main menu and the menu is set up in a single collom.

as far as i know the accessibility features are only available on PS4 and xbox one.

@5, Incorrect.  Accessibility features are available across all platforms, including PC.  I am using PC.
