For the love of pete here we go again!
To answer questions in this topic.
There isn't yet a rule against spamming, ie, posting lots of posts with no actual content, but if it seems someone is just disruptive posting lots of crap for no reason then they're likely to get in trouble since their spamming is interfereing with the forum.
Similarlyy, all writing posts saying "thumbs up" does is basically make the topic longer and harder to read. Everyone can see from the plus marks on post who has got a thumbs up, so unless you have more to say, best to leave things be.
finally, one thing which is honestly confusing me here, is why the hell is there all of this discussion about who may or may not be spamming and who may or may not be guilty of what.
I thought we were here to play games, not gaze at our collective navels, heck I don't even think the game mentioned in this topic is available anymore.
If people expended the same energy on talking sensibly about games, playing games and indeed developing games they did on complaining about someone or other's posting practice or posting wierd messages, we'd have a truly awesome forum.
With our dreaming and singing, Ceaseless and sorrowless we! The glory about us clinging Of the glorious futures we see,
Our souls with high music ringing; O men! It must ever be
That we dwell in our dreaming and singing, A little apart from ye. (Arthur O'Shaughnessy 1873.)
