Well, the newer Latitudes can't hold a candle to the old ones like Orco's 830 when it comes to durability and easy maintenance, they don't use magnesium reinforcements any more, the keyboard isn't as tightly attached to the case, and on most of them, you have to remove the hole back plate, including numerous tiny screws and easily breakable plastic clips to get to the hardware, though when you finish that, you do have access to almost everything; fan, HHD/SSD, RAM, battery, even wireless card, ETC.
Also, your just not going to be able to afford a new one, so without a ton of digging in the more obscure deal sites, here's the best one I could find.

Only things they don't mention are that the g, h, f, and D keys, function keys, and especially enter key are smaller than usual, and of course the model on amazon has a 500GB 7200RPM HDD not an SSD, a touchscreen, and no fingerprint reader.
