this is pretty amazing. it seams that unlike most of you guys I haven't grown up with the game, so I expect to be trashed in multiplayer until i can learn how to propperly play it. But if you need any help with game testing, I'll be glad to help out. If its anything like the cp battle mode which I heard is simmular, I know i'll be enjoying this one a lot.

It is a bit more complex to be honest. But yes, the idea is basically the same, except that to perform a direct attack, you usually need to get rid
of the opponent's monster cards on the field.

It's really not a hard game to pick up, just watch a few matches and you'll start to pick up on what you have to do. The game that she's using is a pretty old one in the series, and the newer ones have more to do, but this is a great jumping off point and maybe we'll get the newer things once the main game is done. I'd pay for that.

Hay everyone, I have just completed the code for almost all the equipment spell cards. Some of these will require some more code when I get into coding the actual deuls. keyIsFull: if you need to reach me for any reason, send me an e-mail at [email protected]. I will be sure to respond with in 1 day. Unless I am really tied up. I will be moving apartmens with in the next few days, so I will not be writing any code during that time. I will however be keeping an eye on this topic and answering any questions people may have about the project.

Hi, wow you are really powering through the coding, I just got couple of questions which have prob already been asked earlier on in the thread, which yugioh game are you basing this on? and are we going to start with a full trunk of cards or are we going to have to unlock more cards by winning duels?

The game is based on the gameboy advance game "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul". You will be able to select a starter deck when you start a new game, but you will need to win duels to get booster packs for more cards.
