My go to currently is Goldwave using its own speaker record option, but that also doesn't allow for simultaneous microphone recording I don't think, unless you improv it by turning on the mic monitoring mode in settings/control panel.

Or you can use OBS studio. It's a broadcasting application, but it can be used simply for recording. It produces a movie file for each recording, so you'll need to convert to audio using Switch or whatever available.

When I did the manamon playthrough, I used goldwave and Ninja said. It worked great.

@zuccuss i could gladly help you with any bk stuf you having throuble with, you know another helping hand isn’t bad at all. If you would like you could email me the saveeee and i’ll battle the bioengine too. I can record it too.
I still recall my first playtrough of normal. i killed the bioengine with the cat spear, that was totally my favourite weapon. I’ve beaten the game in all of the mods and now i’m starting another fresher playtrough of it... again to get all of the weapons and so on
In what concerns the water master... I rarely used it and found it a distraction, not something helpful. It totally made stuf cakelike so i sayd no to it.

Well, thanks so much! I just wanna beat normal so I can try the next mode. I can't seem to get passed the last final bosses. That stupid clanging thing hits me no matter what I do.

The clanging noise is the life burner's clear burn. A few seconds before the clear burn starts, you should hear a sound like a fire burning. When you hear that, hook up to one of the platforms and wait until the clear burn stops. If you're on the ground once the clear burn begins, you're pretty much guaranteed to die.

Ah, that's what it is. It's kind of interesting how the life burner seems to gradually die if you wait long enough.

A lot of the bosses will. Bloody Extinguisher can also hurt itself, but the burner especially is self-destructive. The platforms up top will definitely help you with that fight. Without them, it would be virtually impossible. Clear Burn is mean though, especially if you happen to get teleported by Massacred souls right before it winds up. Happened to me before.

Oh yes, the teleport thing definitely happened. I made it my goal to kill massacred souls, master battery, and unknown energy first. Burner killed itself, so it was just me and the extinguisher!

I don't like letting bosses kill themselves, even if it means just getting that single kill strike or shot. That experience is huge, and if a boss kills itself, you don't get it.

The unknown energy is horribly broken, it’s supposed to be healing the enemies but most of the time it just sits there.
