anyone else having problems with the auto updater? When I launch it it gives me an error.
I know I'm not supposed to post buggs here, but Git Hub is confusing, and inaccessible. When I try to destroy the Mine Control Center after entering the code in to the pannel, the missile just stops moving and the game gives an error.
What's inaccessible? All you do is click issues, then create a new issue and fill it out.
Hi Munawar,
First and formost, let me say that TreasureHunt was one of the first audiogames I played when I first got into audiogames. It's really neat to see it released here as open source.
Secondly, in your signature, you say Treasure Hunt is an FPS. I'd like to respectfully say that, while it has elements of an FPS, it is not point and shoot; you cannot turn in cardinal directions. Therefore, I'd like to suggest that TreasureHunt is a topdown shooter. Let me know what your opinion on this is. Look forward to playing through the full game again at some point when I have time!
Hey there!
OMG. I always wanted to play the game. But i was a kid when it was a thing.
I have a question. Does someone happen to have a copy of Philip Bennefall's old review (it was called threview.mp3) file which was on BPCprograms website? Thanks.
Ooh yes, I wanted that again as well.
Oooh, I wanted this review again as well. I found the trailers folder and love those.
Hi I was looking for that as well. I remember listening to it several years ago.
H have thought that this can be found on main menu's website but I dont see that.
I remember that this review was there a few years ago.
Any main menus prior to the year of 2008, are gone, do to server space, as quoted below from the Main Menu Shows pae:
Shows older than 2008 are temporarily unavailable due to new website and server move.
We are working on restoring them on a different page in the new website and hope to have them available once again soon.
Please check back often and we will let you know when they are available.
Of course, they haven't been up since, I don't know how long now...
Hi.
Can this game be played under windows 10 again or do I still need to set up a virtual machine to use it properly?
Greetings Moritz.
Works just fine on my windows 10 machine.
Yup, it'll run on Windows 10. Os's that don't support .NET 4.6 are not supported, so XP is out of the question
Also, I've put out a new version that removes a lot of the long-standing annoyances.
