I would like to ask you some web design questions.
I plan to make a redesign of my page in the next 6 month.

What do you think about iframes ?

Is it important that a new page will be opened in the same window ?
What will happen, when I open it in a new tab or a new window ?

Is there a possibility to make some comments in the quellcode that
a screen reader can read ? For example information about the menu ?
