Hi Everyone,
Well, after a lot of coding and re-coding, ChangelogCreator1.40 is finally released and available for downloading.
What this program does?
This program is mainly designed for developers and helps you creating changelog files for your self-developed software/games Etc.
To be more flexible and user-friendly, the program has many changelog-properties to specify. Some of them are: Number of Bugfixes, number of updated/removed features/components and ChangesDelimiter.
Supported changelog file formats are *.txt, *.html, *.rtf. *.doc and *.docx.

Edit: I made a patch were I removed rtf, doc and docx formats because they were pointless. Now only txt and html are supported again.
Just replace the ChangelogCreator exe files with the executables following below.
32-bit executable
64-bit executable
